As City Reformed celebrates our Twenty-year Anniversary on Saturday, April 27 of this year. In addition to members, we hope alumni from many years will gather to reconnect, renew old friendships, and explore the growth of our city and church. We hope you will join us. We’re celebrating our church’s growth to over 300 members and expanding ministries. We have added several additional pastors and staff. Our celebration will include a gala dinner, featuring videos and testimonies, and our vision for the future. Reflecting on our two-decade journey, we see the urgent need for a permanent worship space in Oakland to support our growing community and ensure long-term stability. At a recent congregational meeting, we voted to deepen our commitment to the Oakland neighborhood and are looking to secure our first permanent worship space.
Format: We will start at 5:00 with appetizers and time to mingle, with music by David Faith. Dinner will start at 6:00. There is no separate children’s program or childcare, but there will be a separate space for parents to take kids to stretch their legs during the dinner if they desire.”
